CAUTION:

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT BRACKET

(a) Install the rear seat bracket with the 2 nuts. Torque: 42 N·m (428 kgf·cm, 31 ft·lbf)

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE

(a) Install the rear seat track adjusting handle. HINT: Install the adjusting handle straight, and look into the hole to check that it is centered.

3. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the rear No. 1 seat adjuster assembly with nuts A, B and C, in alphabetical order.

(b) Tighten nut A.

Torque: 42 N·m (428 kgf·cm, 31 ft·lbf)

(c) Tighten nut B.

Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 24 ft·lbf)

(d) Tighten nut C.

Torque: 42 N·m (428 kgf·cm, 31 ft·lbf)

4. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the rear No. 1 seat adjuster sub-assembly with nuts A, B and C, in alphabetical order.

(b) Tighten nut A.

Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 31 ft·lbf)

(c) Tighten nut B.

Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 31 ft·lbf)

(d) Tighten nut C.

Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 31 ft·lbf)

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

(a) Connect the 2 cables and install the rear seat reclining control cable to the seatback frame.

6. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a T55 "TORX" socket, install the frame with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 80 N·m (816 kgf·cm, 59 ft·lbf)

(b) Install the 2 bolts.

Torque: 21 N·m (214 kgf·cm, 16 ft·lbf)

7. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the center seat hinge cover.

(b) Install the screw.

8. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER UPPER LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the center seat hinge cover.

(b) Install the 2 screws.

10. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the center seatback cover sub-assembly to the center seatback pad.

11. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

(a) Engage the hooks to install the seatback cover with pad.

(b) Engage the hooks.

(c) Using hog ring pliers, install the center seatback cover to the center seatback frame with 6 new hog rings. NOTICE: Be careful not to damage the cover When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

(d) Using hog ring pliers, install the center seatback cover to the center seatback frame with 5 new hog rings. NOTICE: Be careful not to damage the cover When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

12. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Install the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly with the bolt.

13. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the rear seatback hinge sub-assembly with the bolt.

14. INSTALL CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER RH

(a) To install the center armrest hinge cover RH, slide it rearward install the screw, as shown in the illustration.

15. INSTALL CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER LH

(a) To install the center armrest hinge cover LH, slide it rearward install the screw, as shown in the illustration.

16. INSTALL ARMREST ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the armrest assembly with the 2 nuts. Torque: 20 N·m (204 kgf·cm, 15 ft·lbf)

17. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER NO. 3

(a) Engage the 2 claws. to the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

(b) Install the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover with the 2 screws.

18. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

(a) Align the protruding portion of the rear seat headrest supports with the installation grooves of the center seatback frame.

(b) Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

19. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Connect the cable in the order shown in the illustration to install the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.

(b) Install the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

20. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seatback lock striker cover.

21. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER NO. 2

(a) Using a T30 "TORX" socket, install the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover with the 2 bolts. Torque: 0.9 N·m (9.2 kgf·cm, 8.0 in·lbf)

22. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL UPPER

(a) Install the rear seatback lock bezel upper with the 2 screws.

(b) Install the center seat outer belt lower bolt. Torque: 42 N·m (428 kgf·cm, 31 ft·lbf)

23. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER NO. 1

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

25. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER

(a) Install the rear seat cushion under cover with the 2 screws.

26. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER RH

(a) Engage the 3 claws and clip to install the center seat hinge cover.

(b) Install the screw.

27. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH

(a) Engage the 3 claws and clip to install the center seat hinge cover.

(b) Install the screw.

28. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 6 clips to install the rear seatback board sub-assembly.

29. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

30. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the center seat cushion cover to the center seat cushion pad with 7 new hog rings. NOTICE: Be careful not to damage the cover When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

31. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the hooks and install the seat cushion spring assembly.

32. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the 2 bushes to the cushion spring. Then using a T45 "TORX" socket, install the 2 bolts.

Torque: 21 N·m (214 kgf·cm, 16 ft·lbf)

(b) Install the 2 bolts.

Torque: 18 N·m (184 kgf·cm, 13 ft·lbf)

(c) Engage the hook and loop fastener and hook.

33. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER UPPER RH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seat cushion hinge cover upper.

(b) Install the screw.

(c) Engage the hook.

34. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER UPPER LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seat cushion hinge cover upper.

(b) Install the screw.

(c) Engage the hook.
